Mainly, I wanted to thank our driver for the smooth brief visits to the Big Buddha, Tiger Park, Chalong Temple, and so on, as well as the right guidance. We appreciate his tolerance and hospitality. We visited eight islands in total over the course of 2 days, and they were all excellent. Nothing appeared to have gone wrong but a guide for snorkeling is needed actually.

Hotel in Kuta was not as good as expected. Agent booked for three people, but, we had to pay for extra bedding for 1 person at hotel. Later, the agent even said he could not do anything in that. Seems like he had booked for two and already knew that once out of India, traveller will have to pay extra at location. Nusa Penida trip

The trip was supposed to be enjoyable but it did not happen in same way as expected. It is not totally fault of travel agent. 1) Actually , at the time of discussion with travel agent, we were never told that cable car (gondola ride) tickets in Gulmarg is not available most of the time. we planned trip finalized and paid 25% to agent and discovered that (gondola ride) tickets is not available. If we were informed of this fact, then could have planned better. But luckily , we saw availability of these tickets in one day, but we had hotel checkout from Pahalgam that day , which is very far from Gulmarg.So, Agent charged extra to cover Gulmarg gondola ride.So, it is better to buy the ticket first and then plan with the travel agent. 2) Gulmarg gondola ride is a long long queue. Long waiting spoils the enjoyment/excitement of Gulmarg.If you are young ,then OK 3) Agent is never calling you , once the full amount is paid.I think Agent should should ask if everything is OK 4) Dal lake is not the same.If you are planning to relax , the price is 6-7 thousand now.The agent promises to pay 1st 1 hour free but all that is very shady.still the Dal lake comes to be 6-7 thousand (without going to island in between lake) 5.At every point , scams are there.No advise from Agent regarding these scams. Believe me , it is CITY OF SCAMS. It is NOT the SAME Kashmir now. Tourist /Local Crowd is also everywhere. This City of Always in Traffic jams. The two security check of baggage with a gap of 1.5 km is also harassment while returning( when you are tired). Return flight is cancelled and our airline (spice jet) asked us to collect baggage and leave airport (it is defence airport, you can not stay there inside in night). Our Airline (Spicejet) did not pay hotel stay ( because of flight cancellation). So, all these spoiled our stay in kashmir. We will NEVER go there. 5 star Hotels in south asian countries are much cheaper then 3 star hotel of Kashmir.Ticket to these south asian countries is also of similar range.So more value for money in traveling to south asian countries .

It was a very quick three nights trip for Bali and I finally went ahead with Travelope(Tanvi) who was able to understand our highly customised requirements and fulfill it exactly the way wanted it. Huge shout out to Tanvi, Ronak, Mr Gusti(helped us have a smooth Bali sigh seeing process especially the pirate dinner cruise was awesome). Last but not the least to our cab drivers Madi and Okan who were always there for us be at night or well morning to take us to diverse places ranging from Tanah lot to Uluwatu to Lempuyang. Would definitely recommend anyone to go with them for your trips and myself would look forward to have repeat engagement with Travelope. Mr. Ramiz was the only one, out of many travel agents we approached, who bothered to understand our requirements and gave us a customized package. The financials were within our budget plus he was very helpful in organization intricate details for the trip. We flewed and arrived in Bali and we had a great welcome by their team. The driver we got there was superb and he was very cooperative. He even edited few things planned in the itinerary without creating ifs and buts. The hotels (Ramayana Resort Kuta) and (Suarti boutique) was very nice and comfortable. All in all a great memorable trip we had. Thanks Ramiz. Waterbom not to be missed

Munnar the pine tree hotel was best among all.Rooms,weather,food,hospatality,high speed wifi everything was best in pine tree gives us resort feel.paisa vasul place...! thekkady highrange plaza okay okay kind of feel.No wifi in our room(though they hav mentioned ),fan was not working properly,even breakfast was very limited variety not as much as in munnar. Boat house not worth to money.we were taken to one island there were only 2 3 boats nothing to enjoy in island whole evening we have spent in boat food was not so good during dinner all insects can be seen in our plates because of light no arrangement for that ants over bed we dont know when they hav cleaned the bed. At night boathouse person was looked like drunken he asked something my father it was soo anxious to all of us we had bad sleep at night.... About driver and cab Mr.shibu he was good... Over all this not to forget we had good time in kerala especially munnar living the nature supperb feel to be there...in houseboat we enjoyed 2 to 5 boat journey with good music it was really fantastic feel to all of us....in thekkady half day went in journey itself we could not see anything much there if journey started night we could hav seen much nore in thekkady...even last day nothing much we saw in kochi we saw kochi seayard,marari beach driver didn't take to allepey beach which was mentioned in quote as complementary... There was some problem in allepey i called delhi agent and kerala agent they both didn't pick up my call this was not expected they should guide us though out our trip Over all 3 stars for trip..... Wondervally in munnar was best memory of trip,musical evening in boat house we could not forget....thank you
