No proper co ordination from your operator. Worst hotel in kovalam (ocean bay hotel), spoiled whole my experience,dirty rooms, even informing at hotel they didn't cleaned it properly AC was not cooling, nobody was bothered travel agent mentioning it is service of hotel we can't do anything hotel person didn't did anything even after complaining 4-5 times. Munnar and thekkady the property was good with spacious rooms and nice food at houseboat. Candle light dinner, bed decoration, stay at munnar

Dear Sir I have booked my Kerala trip for 6 nights covering Kochi, munnar,thekkadi,alleppy,kovalam thru your Kerala expedition on 12 th Dec to 18 th Dec. My coordinator Vaishali from kerala expedition was so supportive and gave us the best price. Satisfied with the hotels. Our Guide and driver was so friendly and he helped us to get the best of best at all the places during the trip. The whole trip is memorable but the best memory is evening walk at kovalam beach , best experience of sunset and sunrise at kanyakumari and driving on the beautiful roads of munnar. Dear Sir, It was nice experience booking Kerala Trip for group of 17 people. With constant and regular follow up, Mr Himanshu Gupta offered us nice package and provided us detail information and support at each moment. His cooperation and prompt solution to difficulty was appreciable. Ms. Bindu also constantly followed our movement and provided fullest support. 1) Driver Mr. Arun with his nice vehicle was very courteous and helpful during our entire journey. He was very punctual and habitual of keeping his vehicle very tidy. 2) Hotel Jeevan Beach Resorts at Kovalam was nicely located and we enjoyed our stay there. Staff was very polite, supportive and friendly. 3) white rose House Boat was nice experience and great management and well - organised Mr. Himanshu Gupta and Mr. Mathews We enjoyed our stay in House Boat. . one thing is impressive That you can eat food by own choice in houseboat . . 4) Stay and sight seeing at Munnar was very enjoyable. Staff was very caring and even provided us dinner at midnight. Nice and comfortable stay. 5) Hotel Sara at Cochin was very comfortable. It came to our surprise that Ms. Bindu has arranged our airport drop at late night, which was otherwise a big worry for us. We didn't get any trouble among those 7 days of kerala trip..Houseboat candle night dinner was best Our driver (Vijesh) also good in driving and the timing was perfect, Houseboat candle night dinner was best and my package he is provide as big bedrom boat and the boat was clean , and proper santize ,food was good in boat house . Remaining package wise too good, it is better if you include munnar top station also in the package, for this we id extra 1200 INR to driver and we went there.but will covred maxium sightseeing in kovalam and thkkady and munnar hotel lake n hils view are fablious . Once again I'm saying thank you so much Himanshu for giving good package to us. I'm suggesting my friends as well now and in future also I will contact you for other trips. We had great trip...well, planning was done by Vinit Bhaiya...supportive driver Jobin, a great person to travel with. Munnar and Kovalam hotel were amazing... would suggest many people to visit these places... thanks namaskaram and travel triangle for such great execution.

I recently booked a 6-day Kerala trip through TravelTriangle and Trippro. While the journey had its highlights, there were also a few areas that could use improvement. Transport: The transport services were exceptional throughout the trip. Our driver was punctual, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about local attractions. His support made our travel comfortable and stress-free. Accommodation: 1. Munnar (Munnar Queen): Our stay at the Munnar Queen was disappointing. The behavior of the hotel staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which overshadowed the beauty of the location. The lack of hospitality was a significant drawback. 2. Thekkady (Windnote Hotel): In contrast, our stay at the Windnote Hotel in Thekkady was excellent. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. This made our stay in Thekkady very enjoyable. 3. Alleppey (Houseboat): The houseboat stay in Alleppey was unfortunately substandard. We were not provided with the premium boat rooms as promised. The rooms were not clean, and there was a very toxic smell emanating from the beds, which made the stay uncomfortable. 4. Kovalam (UDS Hotel): The stay at UDS Hotel in Kovalam was outstanding. The hotel offered luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a beautiful beachfront location. It was the perfect way to conclude our trip. Overall Experience: Despite some inconsistencies, particularly with the accommodations in Munnar and Alleppey, the trip was well-organized. The transport and the support from our driver were significant positives. TravelTriangle and Trippro could greatly improve the travel experience by ensuring better standards of accommodation and staff behavior in all locations. Thanks to Aditya and Karishma. With some improvements in the selection of accommodations and staff training, particularly in Munnar and Alleppey, TravelTriangle and Trippro could provide a consistently enjoyable travel experience. *I suggestion to Trippro don’t recommend the munnar queen property to your future customers. ** for Alleppy recommend the customers to choose ultra-luxury boats as premium boats are old and toxic smell from beds. Kitchen also not hygienic.

Munnar hotel was awesome. Thekkady was also very good with very good breakfast but houseboat rooms was OK type . Food was good in houseboat... in kovalam neelkanth hotel was OK type n pathetic breakfast.. Overall we had great fun with my family members..
