Hotels provided were very good. Courteous staff and the meal quality was very good. Rohtang pass with extra money was a good experience. The activities at Rohtang seems to be on the higher side. Shimla-Khufri activities were a total waste of money. We were clueless about the activities in advance. Overall an OK experiene but not a great one. I am told by Cab driver that AC will have to switched off when the temparature outside was around 40degrees as we have reached the Ghat section. Normally all vehicles these days are equipped with AC and it should be by default. I would not like to go for a Cab who does not provide AC. It is the customer's wish to switch it on or not. Booking agency should provide detailed information on the activities available and how to avail them and its associated costs. Somethings are know only after enquiring and on the day of travel or the day before which leaves us very little time to think and plan. Travel Triange should curate the packages based on origin of the customer and if it is his first time then additional information on the trip should be provided.

Suvidha Cottage services weren’t up to the mark. Lot of delays in processing the order and no cleaning of rooms till out stay. Moreover room was pretty good and spacious, just the staff service is what requires improvement. Our trip to Rohtang La and Manikaran. It was truly my favourite.

The itinerary was perfectly executed. The rooms were okay. The houseboat stay was mediocre, and the food was bad at the houseboat. The hotel we stayed at, 'Sennen Evin', which was another alternative suggested by the travel agency, didn't have an elevator, which was difficult for my parents. Their water supply and electricity were unpredictable and this also made our stay difficult. The hotel staff were responsive but the services were poor except for food, which was good. We expect the same enthusiasm when accepting the quote for service and communication from the agent throughout the trip. We were overwhelmed by the extra charges we had to pay at the places for the union cabs. The extra cab fares could have been mentioned beforehand to the travellers before the trip. The shops the driver took us to were very expensive, and we realised this once we went to 'Lal Chowk' on our own. Also, only one restaurant we stopped at during our travel was of good quality, while the rest were really bad, and one possibly led to 2 of our family members getting food poisoning. With proper communication and an honest approach from the employees, the whole experience could have been much better.

The trip was supposed to be enjoyable but it did not happen in same way as expected. It is not totally fault of travel agent. 1) Actually , at the time of discussion with travel agent, we were never told that cable car (gondola ride) tickets in Gulmarg is not available most of the time. we planned trip finalized and paid 25% to agent and discovered that (gondola ride) tickets is not available. If we were informed of this fact, then could have planned better. But luckily , we saw availability of these tickets in one day, but we had hotel checkout from Pahalgam that day , which is very far from Gulmarg.So, Agent charged extra to cover Gulmarg gondola ride.So, it is better to buy the ticket first and then plan with the travel agent. 2) Gulmarg gondola ride is a long long queue. Long waiting spoils the enjoyment/excitement of Gulmarg.If you are young ,then OK 3) Agent is never calling you , once the full amount is paid.I think Agent should should ask if everything is OK 4) Dal lake is not the same.If you are planning to relax , the price is 6-7 thousand now.The agent promises to pay 1st 1 hour free but all that is very shady.still the Dal lake comes to be 6-7 thousand (without going to island in between lake) 5.At every point , scams are there.No advise from Agent regarding these scams. Believe me , it is CITY OF SCAMS. It is NOT the SAME Kashmir now. Tourist /Local Crowd is also everywhere. This City of Always in Traffic jams. The two security check of baggage with a gap of 1.5 km is also harassment while returning( when you are tired). Return flight is cancelled and our airline (spice jet) asked us to collect baggage and leave airport (it is defence airport, you can not stay there inside in night). Our Airline (Spicejet) did not pay hotel stay ( because of flight cancellation). So, all these spoiled our stay in kashmir. We will NEVER go there. 5 star Hotels in south asian countries are much cheaper then 3 star hotel of Kashmir.Ticket to these south asian countries is also of similar range.So more value for money in traveling to south asian countries .

Booked a trip for Uttarakhand (Nainital Ranikhet Almora Kausani) within a very short notice. Arrangements made by tripsailer.com was awesome. Everything went smooth starting from stays upto conveyance.. all the hotels were just fantastic with perfect hill view.. just didn't like the cottage at Ranikhet..its location was also not so good..far away from main city, though view was good but the hotel packed in service, maintenance and food. Luckily we escaped from a big accident. After sending videos and pics local Travel agent send new driver with vehicle. My sincere advice to everyone is Don't book any trips with Traveltriangle and don't keep your family members lifes in risk . God grace we are escaped. Don't Travel with Travel Triangle. Good trip with good stays at Dorjee Camp at Sarchu, Tsomoriri Inn cottage, Pangtso Cottage at Pangong Tso, Wooden Nest Cottage at Hunder and best of all very friendly staff and excellent service amid the tough terrain. But, Ladakh Marvel Hotel in Leh was a very poor choice as the staff is insincere and casual beyond measure, will suggest all to skip this hotel. Vehicle provided was an old and rugged Xylo but driver Dorji was excellent. In all Mr Sushant of the Travel Agency, Leh Ladakh Travels was helpful and the trip was well planned and executed except for the stay at Leh.

I intentionally made a decision to take tour with Back to Holidays though I knew that I’m paying way more because I’m taking my mother with me. The coordinator Homendra is very good in assisting us but the cab driver who was rude and tried to skip a lot of places. The hotel SunStar in Delhi was pretty decent. There was a hot water problem and when contacted the receptionist, he said we will have to managed for a day with normal water which was very cold in Feb. They did not provide us welcome drink also. The Regal Vista hotel in Agra was good enough. Driver kept trying to make us to take guide in every place to get him a commission. The very last day, for the drop to airport, the driver himself arranged a local taxi which was in pathetic condition and the taxi driver was also rude in communicating with us.

This was our first trip after 3 years so we all were extremely excited. Our trip itinerary was Jaipur - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Udaipur. Almost all the hotel accommodations and the travel arrangements were extremely precise and apt, adhering to all our requirements. Preeti ji is especially exceptional as she knows what she is doing and is an expert in it. She gave some valuable suggestions and tips too for our trip. It was a wonderful trip and excellent support from Mr Chanchal Hadda. Swaroop Vilas Hotel in Udaipur was good. But not really Lakefacing. It overlooks tha connecting portion between Pichola lake and one more lake. This portion is narrow and dirty, Lakefacing is not worth it. Chacha Inn was again a wonderful stay with excellent service and ambience. Thanks

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. In all it was a great experience & from now Wild Lotus will be my preferred tour operator when it comes to touring North India. Thanks again Rakesh Gilly.

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.
