Ahmedabad To Mount Abu By Flight: There is no direct air connectivity from Ahmedabad to Mount Abu. The nearest domestic airport to Mount Abu is Maharana Pratap Airport at a distance of 176 km, whereas the nearest international airport is Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (AMD) which is at a distance of 221 km in Ahmedabad itself.

 

Ahmedabad To Mount Abu By Train: There are a number of trains connecting the two cities. Board a train from Ahmedabad Railway Junction to Abu Road Railway Station (27.4 km away from Mount Abu). It takes about 3 to 4 hours on a train journey from Ahmedabad to Abu Road. Then you can hire an auto-rickshaw or a taxi to Mount Abu from the Abu Road Railway Station which will take around 1 hour.

 

Ahmedabad To Mount Abu By Car: The distance between Mount Abu and Ahmedabad is 225.4 km. You can opt to self drive or hire a cab. The roads are pleasant and it takes about 4.5 to 5 hrs to reach Mount Abu from Ahmedabad. 

 

Ahmedabad To Mount Abu By Bus: There are a number of buses operating daily between Ahmedabad and Mount Abu. Both private and government buses are available on this route. Traveling Ahmedabad to Mount Abu by bus takes around 5 to 7 hours depending on the type of bus you have chosen. GSRTC buses run on this along with various other private bus operators.

It was a nice trip with my family. We got chance to experience jaipur culture and we got to see a lot of places and we have good memories now.
